There is a Time and a Place for every moment

I ask myself “How did I get here? “And I have finally seen the answers through hindsight.
Today the world and I commemorate Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. As I looked at the photo My first thought was wow how did we get here? I did wonder What Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., would be feeling during this day & age if he were still here physically? After my own many mixed emotions, I started assessing deeper my own life.
How did I get here? A few years ago I started using the expression “in hindsight “ during the process of “learning from my choices” . The process was very painful at times. Having to relive negative moments through memories is not easy or fun however very liberating once dealt with. As we all know 2020 was a year like no other before, in this country and around the world.
A lot of tension amongst family and friends that has left some scars. Some wounds left some scars deeper than others, none the less once there is a scar it means it’s healed. Learn & move on is my motto. It beats the alternative!
Today as we commemorate the memory of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. it’s a great time for each and every one of us individually assess how we got here? And figure out How to break the negative patterns. It’s time to start rebuilding our lives taking into consideration all the new circumstances starting within ourselves, than amongst family, friends and community.
We have to start somewhere. NOW & Here (our own back yards) always seems be the best time and place.
What ARE you doing for yourself and others ? The choice is yours.
There is a Time and a Place for every Moment and the Best Time is always in the now….
